Nomba comes from No-MBA.
We have been asked a thousand times to change it. We still believe it is the best name we have.
Because an MBA teaches you how to manage. You come here for something else: to think with your own criteria, to understand where you come from, to know what to do with your life. That which does not fit into a master's degree.
This is not about having another degree. It is about being.
Our symbol is a Greek column.
Neither a rocket, nor a bolt of lightning, nor an upward arrow.
A column, because what is learned here has been supporting things for 2,500 years: philosophy, history, art, the quest for meaning. That which does not expire with the next update.
Everything we do travels the same circle.
It begins within: cultivating yourself. And not stopping until you die.
Stick with your own: your friends, your family. There is one rule here: do not set up anything if you have not spoken to your grandfather yet.
And it goes out into the world: education, culture, business, public space.
And from the world, back inside. The circle does not end. That is why this is called the Nomba method.

All Nomba programs travel the same circle: from within, to your own, to the world. What changes is your point of entry.
