ABOUT

Fabrice Hadjadj (Nanterre, 1971) is a philosopher, writer, and director of the Philanthropos Institute. Born to Tunisian Jewish and Maoist parents, he was an atheist and anarchist in his youth until his conversion to Christianity in 1998. Since then, he has become one of the most original intellectual figures in contemporary European thought. His work addresses the great human questions—technology, embodiment, art, family, and hope—with a depth that combines irony, humor, and mysticism. He has published more than twenty books translated into numerous languages and is a member of the Pontifical Council for the Laity. Hadjadj does not write from the heights of abstraction, but from the flesh: the place where the spirit and the world meet.
