Do I need to have computer literacy?

No. If you know how to watch a WhatsApp video or check your email, you will manage. We will send you a step-by-step guide, and if you get stuck, a member of our team will call you.

How much time do I need to dedicate each day?

Twenty minutes. If you have more time one day, perfect. If you cannot make it one day, it is of no concern: the content awaits you. The important thing is not to go fast, but to never give up.

Are there exams or papers?

None. This is not a graded course. It is an inner journey. There are reflections and journals, but you do them for yourself, not to submit.

What if I get lost or do not understand something?

You have a dedicated ally assigned to you throughout the year. You can write to them, call them, or meet for a session. You are not alone.

Can I do it from my mobile, tablet, or computer?

Yes, from wherever is most convenient for you. And without installing anything complicated.

How much does it cost?

€987 for the full 12 months. If your local council or association funds it, it may be free or discounted for you. Call us and we will look into it together.
